Our Services

  • Initial consultations are comprehensive, face-to-face* sessions designed to understand you as a whole person. During this appointment, we will:

    • Discuss your individual dietary needs and goals

    • Review relevant pathology results

    • Explore your lifestyle and how it influences your eating habits

    • Develop a practical, personalised nutrition plan that is realistic and sustainable

Where appropriate, follow-up communication with your healthcare team is included.

We support clients across a wide range of areas, including:

    Family Nutrition
Supporting families from introducing solids through to managing selective eating, family mealtimes, and building positive food language. We provide compassionate, evidence-based support for children and adolescents with selective eating, working collaboratively with families and other health professionals where needed. We also support fuelling young sports enthusiasts and promoting confidence around food in a pressure-free way.

    Women’s Health
Individualised nutrition support for pregnancy, postpartum recovery and menopause. We also support women and mothers managing busy schedules, balancing caring responsibilities, and prioritising their own health. Our approach focuses on practical strategies to nourish your body, support energy levels, and build sustainable self-care habits that fit into real life.

Chronic Condition Management & Preventive Health
Including diabetes, cardiovascular health, gut health (IBS/IBD), improving relationships with food, and promoting optimal long-term nutrition.

Appointments run for approximately 50–60 minutes.
